Not medical advice

Quaspar is a software platform that helps organizations build workers for administrative, research, and analytical tasks. Nothing the Service produces is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician. Quaspar Inc. is not a healthcare provider, is not licensed to practice medicine in any jurisdiction, and does not have a clinician-patient relationship with anyone.

Not a medical device

The Service is intended to support administrative workflows and to help qualified professionals organize, retrieve, summarize, and analyze information. It is designed so that a qualified user can independently review the basis for any output and is not intended to replace professional judgment. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease, to analyze medical images for a clinical diagnosis, or to drive clinical action without human review. It has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. If you build a worker whose intended use would make it a medical device, you are the manufacturer of that device and are responsible for compliance.

Research and scientific use

Workers that use imaging (DICOM/PACS), laboratory, genomic, biomedical literature, drug discovery, or wearable data produce analyses that may contain errors, hallucinated citations, incorrect statistics, or outdated information. They are research aids, not validated instruments. Results must be verified by qualified personnel before being used in publications, regulatory submissions, grant reports, clinical decisions, or any statement to a patient or study participant. Quaspar does not warrant the accuracy of data retrieved from third-party databases.

Learning and autonomous features

Workers that learn from experience adapt their behavior over time based on your organization's outcomes. This can improve performance but can also reinforce errors in your data. Autonomous features run without a person approving each step. You are responsible for setting scopes, budgets, and approval gates, and for monitoring results.

Third-party models and data

Outputs depend on third-party models selected in your workspace and on data retrieved from systems you connect. Quaspar does not control those models or sources and is not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

Not legal, financial, or coding advice

Workers may draft documents, calculations, code, or communications. These are drafts. Have a qualified professional review anything with legal, financial, regulatory, or safety consequences.

Emergency

The Service is not for emergencies. If someone needs urgent care, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Limitation

Use of the Service is subject to the Terms of Service, including its warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability.
