Disclaimer
Last Updated: July 2, 2026
Please read this Disclaimer carefully. It applies to the website, software, browser extension, APIs, and all related services provided by Quaspar Inc. ("Quaspar," "we," "us") (collectively, the "Services").
No Medical Advice
Quaspar is an administrative workflow tool. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the Services should be interpreted as a recommendation for or against any clinical course of action. All decisions regarding patient care are the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare providers exercising independent professional judgment. The Services are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Automated Outputs Require Human Review
The Services use automation — including rules engines and machine learning — to extract information, suggest procedure and diagnosis codes, pre-fill payer questionnaires, check requirement alignment, and estimate denial risk. These outputs are drafts and estimates. They may be incomplete or incorrect, and they must be reviewed, corrected as needed, and approved by qualified personnel before any submission to a payer. We prepare the request; you approve the care.
No Guarantee of Authorization or Payment
Prior authorization determinations, coverage decisions, and payment are made solely by health plans and payers under their own policies. Quaspar does not control, guarantee, or warrant: (a) approval of any prior authorization request; (b) the timing of any payer decision; (c) coverage or reimbursement of any service; or (d) the completeness or currency of any payer requirement, medical policy, or ruleset reflected in the Services. Payer policies change frequently and without notice.
No Legal, Billing, or Coding Advice
Information provided through the Services or on our website — including content about HIPAA, payer rules, Medicare programs, CPT/HCPCS/ICD coding, and regulatory requirements — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, billing, or coding advice. Consult qualified legal counsel and certified coding professionals for advice specific to your practice.
Third-Party Systems and Content
The Services interoperate with third-party systems, including EHRs, payer portals, and clearinghouses, and may reference or link to third-party content. Quaspar does not control and is not responsible for third-party systems, their availability, their accuracy, or their terms. CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association; all other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Availability
While we work to keep the Services reliable and available, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Practices should maintain independent processes sufficient to meet their obligations if the Services are unavailable.
Limitation
This Disclaimer is in addition to, and does not limit, the disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quaspar disclaims all liability arising from reliance on the Services contrary to this Disclaimer.
