1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session tokens. This policy explains what we use, why, and how you can control it. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site and application to work and cannot be turned off through our banner. They keep you signed in, remember your organization context, protect against cross-site request forgery, balance load, and enforce rate limits.

Functional

These remember preferences such as theme, layout, and dismissed notices. Turning them off does not break the product but you may need to set preferences again.

Analytics

If enabled, these help us understand which features are used and where people run into problems, in aggregate. We do not use analytics cookies to build advertising profiles.

Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. The browser extension

The Quaspar browser extension does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses browser storage to hold your authentication state and your extension settings. It does not read cookies from sites you visit beyond what is required to maintain your Quaspar session.

4. Your choices

Consent banner. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings link in our footer.
Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing where applicable, though we do not sell or share personal information.
Do Not Track. There is no common standard for responding to DNT signals, so we do not respond to them; our GPC handling above covers the same purpose.

We will update this page when our use of cookies changes and will update the effective date at the top.
