Our commitment to making Quaspar usable by everyone

Our commitment

Quaspar is used by clinicians, researchers, and administrative staff, and it should work for all of them. We are working to make quaspar.com, the Quaspar Workforce platform, and the Quaspar browser extension usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or voice control.

Standard we are working toward

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We have not yet completed a full third-party audit, so we describe our status as partially conformant: parts of the product conform, and we know of gaps we are working to fix.

What we have done

Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks.
Keyboard navigation for primary workflows, with visible focus indicators.
Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
Color contrast checked against WCAG AA ratios for text and interface components.
Form fields with associated labels and error messages that are announced.
Support for browser zoom and text resizing without loss of content.
Motion and animation kept minimal, with respect for reduced-motion preferences.

We would rather list these than imply they do not exist.

Assistive technology

We test with recent versions of major browsers and, where practical, with common screen readers. If you use a specific combination of assistive technology and browser, tell us and we will test it.

Feedback and how to reach us

If you run into a barrier, email support@quaspar.com with the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We acknowledge within two business days and aim to respond substantively within ten. If you need information in an alternative format, or need help completing a task in the product, ask and we will assist you directly.

Formal complaints

If our response does not resolve your concern, you may escalate to the CEO at support@quaspar.com with "Accessibility escalation" in the subject line.

Review

We review this statement at least annually and after significant product changes. Last reviewed: August 30, 2026.
